Though early in the game, President Trump’s approval rating currently stands at 57% among likely U.S. voters, per Rasmussen.

Perhaps even more notable, 38% feel the country is headed in the right direction, the highest recorded confidence level in four years.  Part of Trump’s initial success can be attributed to his signaling of the United States’ withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.  Rasmussen notes that less than 30% of U.S. voters approve of the TPP, and the impending U.S. withdrawal represents an early effort of the Trump Administration to make changes that can garner bipartisan support.
